Welcome, Neighbors!

As our community at the Timbers continues to grow, we are approaching an important milestone: the eventual transition of the Timbers at Everlands HOA from developer control to homeowner leadership. Currently, nearly 50% of the 840 planned homes have been sold. By law, control of the HOA will transfer from the developer to homeowners once 90% (756 homes) have been sold.

A small group of neighbors have come together to start the process to ensure a smooth and well organized transition to homeowner led HOA governance. We are looking to grow the group and want you to join us, stay informed, and be part of shaping the future of our community.

Empowering Homeowner Transition Together

Our group exists to serve the community by helping prepare for a smooth, responsible, and well organized transition from developer control to homeowner leadership. We work to gather and share information, review applicable statutory requirements, and promote understanding of the transition process so that our community is well prepared when the time comes.

Our purpose is not to seek control or authority, but to support transparency, education, and thoughtful planning. By encouraging open communication and collaboration, we aim to help prevent confusion or disorder during turnover and ensure that the transition is conducted in a way that benefits the entire community.

We welcome homeowners who wish to observe, contribute ideas, or participate in learning about the process. Our goal is simply to help the community be informed, prepared, and united as it moves toward responsible homeowner governance.
